We offer free UK/US/EU shipping.

Please note, custom or made to order items will be dispatched within 1-2 weeks of the order confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information included. 

We do not accept refunds for our custom or made to order items however, we can offer a credit note or exchange. Refunds can be issued for our ready-to-wear collection. If you do need to return an item please email sales@soorattisooratti.com.
