We offer free UK/US/EU shipping.

Please note, depending on the product ordered items may take up to 7 working days to be dispatched. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information included. 

We do not accept refunds for our custom or made to order items however, we can offer a credit note or exchange. Refunds can be issued for our ready-to-wear collection. If you do need to return an item please email sales@soorattisooratti.com.
