Custom Pieces 

Information of moodboard, context and client. (It is very much appreciated and helpful to know who the client is if a stylist is the primary contact, as this can help bring more ideas into the consultation) 

Consultation can be made via email, DM, phone call or face-to-face meeting. 

This is dependent on the project but the aim is always to complete custom pieces as soon as possible.

Please note that Sooratti Sooratti branding will always be attached and can sometimes be present on the customised piece. This can be discussed in the design process. 

Copyright of Design: this is copyright protection on designs made by Aileen on behalf of Sooratti Sooratti Ltd. Every step of the process will be photographed and video recorded. 

There is no limit to design changes as the aim is always to make the client happy. Updates of design and progress will always be shared.

However if the client wishes to change fabric or design after the work has begun, there will be an add-on change fee and deadline for completion will respectfully change.

Depending on the project fittings can be arranged - however please note payment is made prior to fittings. 

The piece(s) will be packaged with garment covers and box

There is no fixed fee for custom pieces. The rate is dependent on the hours, design, fabric, embellishments and embroidery agreed between Aileen and the client.

We take full payment once the design is finalised before the work begins. We do not take deposits as we are respectful of how precious time is when certain deadlines are approaching, therefore we need full commitment from the client so that we can achieve and complete the project as soon as possible.
