Due to the nature of each drop collection, we can offer you an exchange for an alternative size.

Please return the item in its original box, packaging and tags. We currently do not offer free returns. 

Please note that our products are quality checked and controlled prior to sending them out. We will not accept returns if we can see that it has been worn or has strong perfume or odour. 

If Sooratti Ltd refuses the right to return due to these reasons, then the item will be sent back to the customer. For us to authorise the exchange, please contact sales@soorattisooratti.com within 1 week of receiving your item.
